UPDATE: Still no pics but Mike says:

At hunts, he loves the excitement, hounds and is never spooked. His demeanor changes when I put on my hunt hat, as if he knows the hounds will be there momentarily. He trots across wooden bridges only six feet wide built over deep wide gullies. He will jump anything without hesitation. I am always skeptical when ads say, "goes through water , loads, clips, vets, shoes, etc." WELL- he does all this and more. He gets along with all horses. Everybody just wants to pick him up and hold him like a puppy. I had three offers to buy him. Obviously, I would not sell him to any of the three. So… How is Montana you ask? Living larger than a Montana Sky. Your friend, Mike

Hi Jami! Its Lauren:) I just wanted to let you know that i just back from the Pa State Champ finals and in my equataion class Chase was the greatest! we nailed our pattern and took the class! So Chase and I took first place!! i thought you would be soooo excited to hear about our time!

Chase is doing great by the way. We just love him to death and dont know where we would be if we didnt have him! He is just amazing!

Well anyways thought i would let you know that Chase is doing great and is our favorite boy! :) talk to you soon!

jami was wonderful to deal with on every point...
very honest and up front ( hard to find these days) very concerend about the horse getting a good home and after the sale was done
jami wanted to be sure all was well its nice knowing that there are still honest caring people out there to deal with ..
The 1st time i bought over the internet wasnt a good experience at all but i decided to try it one more time...
i found canaan farms spoke with jami and it all seemed to be the right thing to do,,,, so glad i did now!!!
if i ever (but no plans to since i have 3) wanted another horse or knew someone looking i would tell them to speak to jami an canaan farms
i wish my other experiences were as good as this was .....

He has settled in very nicley and is such a great horse I'm so excited to have gotten him. He is going to make an awesome show horse and partner for me. I also wanted to thank you, since the first time i contacted you, you made it very clear that your main goal was to make sure that he got a good home, you were very honest about him, which from how long it took me to find the right horse i came to the conclusion that honesty and horsebuying dont always come hand in hand. Thankyou so much for your help and answering all my questions i had about him. Both Bo and Baby are doing well. I have been riding Baby (see pic) who responds really well to leg pressure, but have had to wait with Bo. We have been doing some groundwork with a natural Parelli style halter, but no saddle as of yet. I have to tell you he is a sweetheart and loves getting his leg massages and his treats! Bo has two cats at the farm that are his babies (both male yellow tabbies), Simon and Little Bit. He shares Little Bit with Baby, who lets Little Bit sleep on her back at night when there are stalled with bad weather. It is really cute...I'll have to send you a picture. Regardless, they have a forever home with us. I'll keep you posted. Hope all is well with you.

Canaan Farms has been a fun adventure in my time there. When you drive up you get greeted by seven lovely dogs. I have done summer camps and many lessons at Canaan Farms. I was helped on things I didn’t understand. Sometimes I got to choose which horse to have a lesson on. Luckily, Mrs. Jami was there to help me.

Mrs. Jami has helped me find a horse that I love. She knew that Jose would work for me. As soon as she received him at her farm she emailed us right then. I was so exited. I finally had a horse of my own! Mrs. Jami gave me many, many lessons on Jose before she brought him to my homeJ. Mrs. Jami is big on safety and my mom is happy about that. Now Jose and I have great times together. Going to Canaan Farms and learning with Mrs. Jami has been an adventure I will never forget. If I did not live two hours away from the farm I would be there every week learning more and more.

I felt so comfortable on Mini--she reminds me so much of my older Arabian mare that I was right at home on her. She's so responsive and willing to please, and I'm so pleased that I've found a horse that doesn't show any "attitude." We really bonded on the ride, and I'm thrilled about that. I'm so glad I waited to find the right horse. I had been praying for exactly the right horse for me, and I believe that she's an answer to prayer. She was the 10th horse that I looked at, and I'm so glad that I didn't get impatient to get a horse and that I waited to find the right match for me.
